Domain law is not a clear cut field of the law. One generally understands legal relations between him, who has registered a domain and the domain registry. This is contract law. In this respect, the terms and conditions of the registrar apply.
A further field is the domain trademark law. In these cases it is dealt with the question if the domain itself has achieved trademark rights (e.g. as a company label or a trademark). Also this field includes cases in which the domain name infringes third party trademark rights.
Further in this field there are the simplified dispute resolution procedures following the relevant rules of arbitration. In refer to the eu-domains that would be an ADR-procedure.
